Responsibilities
- Manage workers' compensation defense matters throughout the case lifecycle.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents.
- Manage discovery, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant parties.
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, settlements, and other proceedings as applicable.
