Boutique Recruiting is actively seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney in California with strong defense experience and trial readiness. This role offers autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and potential for partnership as the firm grows.

Expect a dynamic caseload, collaboration with a Legal Assistant, and travel for in-person trials. The position emphasizes client service, timely responses, and a strong commitment to defense of workers’ compensation matters.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience or related practice area.
• Must be able to go to trial in person.
• Strong client-relations and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of approximately 60 cases, not exceeding 80 at any time.
• Handle hearings and trials as the primary contact for client issues.
• Collaborate with a Legal Assistant to manage administrative tasks.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
• Travel within the area for in-person trials, primarily in Southern California.
• Enter time and approve work completed by legal assistants.
