We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation defense for a fully remote role. You will manage national clients, build strong client relationships, and own a substantial caseload from inception to resolution.

Ideal candidates hold Virginia Bar admission, have 3+ years of WC defense experience, and demonstrate excellent writing and advocacy skills. This remote position offers a competitive compensation package and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Bar admission is required.
• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation defense experience.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and litigation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a workers' compensation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle depositions, hearings, appeals, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Represent employers, insurers, and TPAs before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and case evaluations.
• Provide strategic advice, risk assessments, and regular client reporting.
