• Represent employers, insurance carriers, and TPAs in all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at WCAB hearings, conferences, and trials in California.
• Conduct and defend depositions (Applicants, PQMEs, AMEs).
• Draft complex pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements (C&Rs, Stips).
• Provide strategic legal advice to claims adjusters and insured clients.
