The position offers a high degree of autonomy, state-wide exposure, and growth opportunities, with compensation up to $200,000 plus bonus and a strong mentorship culture.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of workers' compensation defense experience.
• Experience handling Texas workers' compensation matters.
• Ability to independently manage files and client matters.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage a workers' compensation defense caseload from inception through resolution.
• Handle benefit review conferences and administrative appeals.
• Counsel clients and develop claims strategies.
• Communicate directly with adjusters, carriers, and employers.
• Operate with autonomy and significant responsibility.
