Qualifications

• 4+ years of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation defense experience.
• Experience representing employers, insurance carriers and/or TPAs.
• Strong client-management and case-strategy capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations and appeals.
• Maintain direct responsibility for client reporting and litigation strategy.
