The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR Technology experience and 2 years with Workday Adaptive Planning. Key responsibilities include designing workforce planning solutions and collaborating with various teams to enhance HR practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Technology projects.
• 2+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for Workforce Planning.
• Strong understanding of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Design/configure/test Adaptive Planning – Workforce Planning solutions in Workday.
• Align solutions with workforce planning strategies and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with HR COEs, Digital/IT, and vendors to ensure solutions meet broader HR and business needs.
