Advocate Health is seeking a Systems Analyst Senior – Workday to join the People & Culture Digital Capabilities team in a remote-friendly role. You will support Workday modules, partner with HR, IT, and business units, and drive scalable, secure HR technology solutions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Workday/HRIS experience, strong reporting skills, and a focus on governance and data integrity to improve workforce operations and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of Workday or HRIS experience.
• Hands-on Workday configuration across modules.
• Experience with Workday BP Framework, security, eligibility rules, notifications, workflows.
• Advanced Workday reporting including calculated fields and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Independently support and lead Workday module configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations.
• Align solutions with governance standards and security expectations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements through delivery and testing.
• Serve as a technical resource balancing stakeholder needs with system governance.
• Support process design and system reliability for a strong teammate experience.
• Configure and optimize Workday processes, security, eligibility, and reporting.
