Job summary

CrossVue, LLC is seeking a Support Services Practice Leader to build and scale the global Workday and Workato post-production support practice. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, shape strategy, and drive growth while ensuring high client satisfaction and profitability.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams to optimize processes, improve utilization, and expand services across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or similar HR/Finance technology services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a professional services, managed services, or shared services environment.
• Experience leading and supporting global or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Workday services and the post-production support lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver post-production consulting services.
• Develop multi-year strategies and OKRs with leadership to drive growth.
• Partner with sales and marketing to shape go-to-market strategy and thought leadership.
• Ensure delivery excellence and escalation resolution as executive sponsor for large or complex clients.
• Drive utilization, margins, and client satisfaction across projects.
