Job summary

CrossVue is seeking an AI & Data Services Practice Leader to build, scale, and lead the firm’s AI, data, and automation capabilities. You will own end-to-end strategy, delivery excellence, and commercial growth for data, analytics, AI, and MCP-enabled services and products.

The role requires senior leadership, executive advisory experience, and partnering with alliances to drive growth and innovation across Workday-centric solutions. Travel is expected 30–50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or professional services.
• 5+ years leading AI, data, or cloud technology delivery practices.
• Experience owning a delivery practice with $3M+ in revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and P&L for the AI & Data Services practice.
• Define multi-year investment plans, growth targets, and OKRs.
• Partner with product and marketing to design secure, scalable offerings.
• Oversee staffing, utilization, and margin performance across the practice.
• Collaborate with alliances on joint solutions and go-to-market motions.
