- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday.
- Project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices.
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond.
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Workday PATT Architect Responsibilities
- Craft and architect comprehensive Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze complex requirements, translating them into robust technical specifications and innovative design documents.
- Spearhead configuration efforts across Workday modules, including Core HR, PATT, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits, while pioneering custom solutions when necessary.
- Orchestrate the seamless integration of Workday with diverse systems and applications, leveraging Workday Studio, EIBs, and APIs to optimize data flow and process automation.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and security of Workday PATT solutions, leading troubleshooting efforts and driving swift resolution.
- Cultivate expertise within client organizations by providing insightful training and support on Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking functionality, best practices, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay at the forefront of Workday innovations, evaluating new features and functionalities to continuously enhance and optimize existing client solutions.
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of our practice.
Qualifications
- Current Workday Pro Services Certifications (implementer certifications) in at least 3 areas: HCM, Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
- 5+ years of deep expertise in Workday PATT implementation and architecture, with a proven track record of successful large‑scale projects.
- Demonstrated hands‑on mastery of configuration and business processes of the Workday PATT modules including Scheduling.
- Extensive experience as a lead architect on complex HR Technology Projects, showcasing the ability to navigate intricate client environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high‑stakes HR projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering exceptional results.
- A talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the Workday ecosystem.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences with clarity and impact.
- Strategic thinking balanced with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring both big‑picture alignment and flawless execution.

Salary & Benefits
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which includes, but is not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue. This role is also eligible for a performance‑based incentive opportunity.

Travel Requirements
A Note on Travel: Our approach to travel is different. Instead of the traditional Monday-Thursday grind, we thoughtfully schedule on-site client visits based on project needs and team well‑being. Expect travel for this position to range from 25-30%, occasionally reaching up to 50% for critical project phases.
