INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Workday Student Advising/Curriculum Consultant to support a remote, 6-month engagement. The role involves understanding student lifecycle processes, documenting requirements, and coordinating testing and change materials with an implementation partner and IT teams.

You will mentor and guide others in a fast-paced environment, using hybrid agile approaches to manage projects and ensure data conversion quality. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience with student information systems (SIS).
• Expert knowledge of student lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with major SI or enterprise software partners.
• Ability to document requirements and create test scenarios.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements with partner and technical teams to solutions.
• Document future state business processes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor interactions and IT requirements for integrations.
• Perform Workday configuration as needed.
• Develop and execute test plans and scenarios; coordinate defects.
• Create user guides and training materials with change enablement teams.
• Lead projects using hybrid agile methods and project management best practices.
• Identify data quality issues and assist with data conversion validation.
