Job summary

CampusWorks seeks a Workday Consultant to support higher education clients on a remote, project-based basis. You will apply Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student expertise to assess processes, design improvements, and implement effective solutions for colleges and universities.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, collaborates with senior leaders, and holds a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred). Engagements vary by client scope, with flexibility for on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Substantial Workday Finance, HCM, and/or Student expertise in higher education environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus leaders and external vendors to assess processes and recommend improvements.
• Support compliance with state and federal grant requirements and institutional policies.
• Help institutions strengthen internal controls, improve reporting, and align operations with strategic goals.
• Guide colleges and universities regarding system optimization of Workday modules.
• Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and support knowledge transfer.
