Qualifications

4+ years of Workday data conversion experience.
Prior consulting experience required.
Advanced Excel skills.
SQL skills preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects.
Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries.
Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools.
Experience building complex solutions using Workday reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the data conversion workstream across multiple Workday projects.
Coach junior consultants and contribute to client design sessions.
Partner with Project Manager and Engagement Executive to plan project areas.
Develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges and monitor budgets.
Translate data conversion needs into effective Workday configurations and reports.
