Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a strategic Workday Finance transformation consultant to guide ERP readiness, blueprint the journey, and shape client strategy across finance processes. You will lead stakeholder alignment, provide practical Workday solutions, and manage end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes advisory leadership over pure implementation, with opportunities to shape outcomes for education, healthcare, and government sectors. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Workday Finance modules as customer or implementor.
• 3+ years in product ownership for Workday Finance modules.
• Experience with agile release management processes and backlog prioritization.
• Knowledge of Workday Finance solution and ecosystem.
• Certification in one or more Finance modules.

Responsibilities

• Guide ERP readiness and advisory activities within broader transformation.
• Shape client strategy and align technology investments with outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder alignment through workshops and executive briefings.
• Provide Workday Finance guidance with leading practices and solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end Workday Finance lifecycle: configuration, reporting, integration.
• Support biannual Workday releases and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate across workstreams including change management and training.
• Contribute to practice growth through proposals and thought leadership.
