Our client is searching for a Workday Solution Architect for a temp-to-perm position that can be worked remotely.

All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis before converting to full-time employment; no sponsorship is available.

This position will convert to a salary of around $150,000 annually.

Under the supervision of the ITS Sr. Workday Partner, the Workday Solution Architect will design, implement, and maintain Workday solutions to meet organizational needs. Requires expertise in Workday HCM, Finance, and Adaptive Insights. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless system integration. Provides leadership, mentorship, and promotes best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as a technical expert on Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and Adaptive Insights.
2. Design and oversee technical implementations aligning with industry standards.
3. Lead and mentor the technical team.
4. Manage Workday upgrades and releases, analyzing new features.
5. Develop innovative solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
6. Engage with users for requirements gathering and testing.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation.
8. Lead development and deployment of integrations, reports, and dashboards.
9. Conduct testing and debugging of configurations and integrations.
10. Recommend and implement process improvements.
11. Act as a consultant to business units for system optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical leadership roles involving Workday or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with tools like Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, Web Services, XML, XSLT.
• Strong understanding of Workday security models and data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certifications in Integrations, Security, Reporting, Adaptive Insights.
• Experience with Java, Talend, Postman, BI reporting tools, automation testing tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.
