Position Overview:

The Enterprise Architect will guide the organization through transformation and optimization, helping achieve business outcomes like revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and improved sustainability. Key areas include data and analytics, AI, IoE, cloud technologies, and intelligent hospital architecture. The role involves collaborating with leadership and teams to align technology strategies with business goals and to lead enterprise architecture efforts to drive digital business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Formulation (30%): Collaborate with business and leadership stakeholders to develop strategies, align business and IT, and guide digital transformation.
• Enterprise Architecture Value Proposition (30%): Build and position EA as a management consultancy, providing guidance on business models, technology, and investment decisions.
• Business Outcomes Delivery (20%): Develop business architecture and guide the execution of business strategies, ensuring alignment with IT goals.
• IT Portfolio Management (20%): Lead portfolio modernization, support solutions design, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture consistency and speed to market.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 12+ years collaborating with business leaders and 15+ years in disciplines like business, technical, and data architecture.
• Skills: Expertise in SaaS, PaaS, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), security practices, enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman), and business and financial modeling.
• Certifications: TOGAF/Zachman and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) within 3 months of employment.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and consulting abilities.
• Deep understanding of business ecosystems, IT solutions, and industry trends.
• Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
