Job Title: Palantir & Cloud Foundry Lead/Architect

Location: 100% REMOTE

Job Description:

1. Lead technical design and implementation of Palantir Foundry use cases.
2. Cross-train into Snowflake + Informatica implementation as needed.
3. Ensure best practices are followed for performance tuning, security, and data governance.
4. Build innovative big data products with a fun team where culture is the foundation for success.
5. Lead and mentor the development team in a hands-on manner.
6. Provide technical feasibility assessments while collaborating with product owners and design teams to guide features and provide technical expertise.
7. Define non-functional requirements for applications and manage technical debt.
8. Debug and optimize complex applications.
9. Effectively communicate the vision and architecture to team members.
10. Maintain a productive working environment for development teams.
11. Be a strong advocate for a culture of quality across the team.
12. Collaborate with external teams, especially security, to design, implement, and support scalable and efficient solutions.
13. Effectively communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
14. Follow an agile development methodology.
15. Stay up-to-date with product capabilities of Palantir Foundry releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements for efficiency, performance, and scalability.
16. Lead deployment of cutting-edge Foundry capabilities to address real business problems.
17. Advocate for appropriate data modeling techniques to enable agile development and business use cases, especially in integrating event-driven and batch data processing.
