SAP HANA ARCHITECT | 3+ MONTHS (LIKELY EXTENSION) | PAY: $80-$85 (W2 ONLY) | REMOTE (CENTRAL AND EAST TIME ZONES)

Pay: $80-$85 per hour (W2 Only)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Architect with a strong background in SAP HANA, data architecture, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge technical and business teams, drive innovation, and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Required:

• 10-12 years in software platform development and architecture.
• 5+ years in data warehouse development and advanced analytics.
• 4+ years leading teams of 10-15 members in technical roles.
• Expertise in SAP HANA, ETL tools (BODS, SLT, SDI), and MS SQL Server.
• Strong data modeling and architecture knowledge.
• Experience in architecture strategy, roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM using SAFe methodology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with HR/Talent data models and SAP SuccessFactors/ECC.
• Knowledge of data security, distributed architectures, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Crystal Reports, Tableau, Qlik, Analysis for Office).
• A well-rounded architect with deep data & analytics expertise, ideally in SAP HANA.
• Someone comfortable in high-performance environments with a focus on innovation.
