Title: SCM Solution Architect

Location: Remote with Occasional Travel || Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary:

• The Sr. Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex solutions within the Oracle Cloud platform. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion modules and external systems, while staying current with Oracle module features and industry best practices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee all phases of system implementations and enhancements including requirements gathering, estimates, design, configuration, development, testing, and go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system architecture for key process areas to drive efficiency and solve organizational challenges.
• Effectively communicate with non-technical stakeholders and manage relationships across business, project, and technical teams.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to support decision-making and system improvement.
• Break down future state goals into actionable implementation plans.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies aligned with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoice approvals.
• Promote a culture of safety by following and supporting safety and health program activities.

Education & Experience:

• BS/BA or MS/MA/MBA in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies, integration tools, and APIs.
• Expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud workstreams:
• Record to Report – EPM Financials
• Order to Cash – CPQ, Order Management & AR
• Source to Pay – Supply Chain Management & AP
• Logistics & Operations – Oracle Transportation Management, Global Trade Management & Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong technical skills in data modeling, integration design, and API development.
• Expertise in SQL and Oracle CPQ scripting languages (BML, BMQL).
• Experience with Manhattan, Mobe 3, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong business operations acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support project and team requirements.
