Job summary

Procore seeks a Staff Business Systems Analyst – Workday Security & ITGC Lead to join the Enterprise Technology and Business Platforms team. This hands-on role is the system administrator and technical owner for Workday security architecture, tenant configurations, and reporting infrastructure.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, you will own access governance, change management, audits, and automation for ITGC and SOX controls while collaborating with HR Technology, Controllership, and Internal

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis, IT systems administration, or IT compliance.
• 4+ years configuring and administering Workday.
• Strong Workday security configuration and reporting knowledge.
• Experience with ITGC, SOX and change management.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain Workday security models (domain policies, BP security, constraint groups, segmented security).
• Manage and audit Workday integration system users and elevated access permissions (ISUs).
• Design and maintain Workday key reports (IPEs) for audit controls with robust change-tracking.
• Lead technical walkthroughs with internal/external auditors and provide evidence from Workday.
• Ensure SDLC compliance and testing evidence before production deployments.
• Design automated IT controls and monitor batch jobs and integration failures.
• Mentor BSAs on Workday configuration standards and compliance execution.
• Apply AI/LLM tooling to streamline evidence collection and audit documentation.
