Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to own Workday security architecture, tenant configurations, and ITGC controls within the Enterprise Technology group. You will serve as the system administrator and technical owner for security models, service accounts, and critical reporting infrastructure.

The role is hands-on, requires deep Workday expertise, and involves leading audits, implementing automated controls, and ensuring SOX compliance. Reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis, IT systems administration, or IT compliance with hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven proficiency in configuring Workday Security (domain/BP security policies, ISUs, SoD matrix) and developing advanced reports for audit reporting.
• Experience managing ITGC domains in production environments, including provisioning, reviews, SDLC/change control, and job scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain Workday security models to align with security and compliance controls.
• Manage and audit Workday integration system users, API service accounts, and elevated access permissions for SOX ITGC.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday reporting inventories (IPEs) with calculated fields and change-tracking procedures.
• Act as technical gatekeeper for tenant configuration changes, feature updates, and new integrations with SDLC and testing evidence.
• Design, operate, and maintain IT Automated Controls (ITACs) and monitor batch jobs and integration failures.
• Lead walkthroughs with internal and external audits, extracting logs and demonstrating control effectiveness.
• Perform root-cause analysis for control failures and implement automated remediation.
• Apply AI/LLM tooling to streamline evidence collection and audit documentation.
• Mentor Senior/Associate BSAs on Workday configuration standards and compliance execution.
