Job summary

Procore Technologies, a leader in construction software, seeks a Staff Business Systems Analyst – Workday Security & ITGC Lead. You will own Workday security configuration, tenant settings, and reporting infrastructure within Enterprise Technology. This hands-on role emphasizes service account governance, security controls, and SOX compliance across business processes.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Enterprise G&A Technology, you will lead ITGC/ITAC walkthroughs with external auditors,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis, IT systems administration, or IT compliance.
• 4+ years configuring and administering Workday.
• Experience in ITGC domains, change management, and ITACs.
• Leading ITGC/ITAC walkthroughs with external auditors for public companies or SEC registrants.
• Strong mapping of business processes to system controls and automated validations.
• Interest in using AI/LLM tools for automation and governance.
• Certifications in Workday security/reporting or CISA/CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Workday configuration and security: model security, BP security, and domain policies.
• Manage and audit all Workday integration system users and elevated access.
• Design and maintain Workday Reports (IPEs), calculated fields, and data integrity controls.
• Serve as technical gatekeeper for tenant configuration changes, updates, and new integrations.
• Design, implement, and monitor IT automated controls and batch/scheduled processes.
• Lead audit walkthroughs, extract logs and security reports from Workday, and demonstrate controls.
• Perform root-cause analysis for control deficiencies and drive remediation plans.
• Explore AI/LLM tooling to streamline evidence collection and audit documentation.
• Mentor Senior/Associate BSAs on Workday configuration standards and compliance.
