Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst – Workday Security & ITGC Lead to own Workday security architecture and tenant configurations within the Enterprise Technology team.

This hands-on role combines system administration, security policy design, and compliance alignment for SOX controls. Based in Remote US, you will lead security models, manage service accounts, and develop advanced reports while partnering with HR Tech, Controllership, and Internal Audit to

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday security configuration and access control expertise.
• Experience with ITGC domains and service account governance.
• Strong knowledge of security policies, BP security, and SoD matrices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Workday security models and domain policies.
• Manage and audit ISUs, API service accounts, and elevated access for SOX ITGC.
• Design and maintain Workday reports (IPEs) and calculated fields for audits.
• Lead change management for Workday tenant configurations and integrations.
• Design ITACs and validate batch jobs and scheduled processes.
• Lead audit walkthroughs and provide logs/reports to auditors.
