Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Workday Consulting Senior Manager - SCM to guide complex Workday supply chain and sourcing implementations from pursuit through delivery, with a focus on project execution, client advisory, and solution alignment.

The role partners with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, shape recommendations, and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams. Remote-US based, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in requirements analysis, solution design and specifications.
• Lead Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Strategic Sourcing implementations.
• Experience with contracting processes including authoring, negotiation, and compliance.
• Preferred experience in Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts and Inventory.
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or hands-on experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, SCM, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing project workstreams and client engagements.
• Proven mentoring skills to develop junior consultants and enhance team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients throughout all project phases from pursuit to delivery.
• Lead project management efforts and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Conduct intensive data analysis to provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee practice development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.
• Mentor coachees and junior team members to build team strength.
• Manage general project and administrative tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate project results and address risks.
