Job summary

Huron in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate to lead client-facing workstreams with strong data analysis and presentation delivery. You will guide projects, manage client interactions, and coach Analysts and Coachees to drive impact.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years of experience with Workday implementations, a finance/business degree, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and interfacing with business users.
• Must have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Practical Workday experience with procurement, contracts, sourcing, or CLM is preferred.
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical Workday experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1-2 years owning project workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions and ability to articulate results clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Role

Senior Associates play an integral client‑facing project or work‑stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill‑sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data‑analysis and the identification of the “so‑what’s” therein, and on creating compelling client‑ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management
• Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands‑on expertise with cloud‑based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team
