The Workday SCM Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Supply Chain Management modules, ensuring successful deployment aligned with business objectives.

This role involves managing project scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication while overseeing configuration, testing, and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of Workday SCM implementation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

Implementation Oversight:

• Manage configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Management).
• Ensure accurate and timely data migration and system integration.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues promptly to minimize project impact.

Compliance & Best Practices:

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, Workday standards, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years in Workday SCM implementation.
