Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Workday Consulting Senior Manager - SCM to guide complex Workday supply chain and sourcing implementations from pursuit through delivery, with a focus on project execution, client advisory, and solution alignment.

The role partners with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, shape recommendations, and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams. Remote-US based, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in requirements analysis, solution design and specifications.
• Lead Workday Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Strategic Sourcing implementations.
• Experience with contracting processes including authoring, negotiation, and compliance.
• Preferred experience in Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts and Inventory.
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or hands-on experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, SCM, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing project workstreams and client engagements.
• Proven mentoring skills to develop junior consultants and enhance team capabilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Consulting Senior Manager - SCM to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will guide complex Workday supply chain and sourcing implementations from pursuit through delivery, with a strong focus on project execution, client advisory, and solution alignment. The position will partner closely with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements, shape recommendations, and drive successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. In addition, this leader will help strengthen the consulting practice by mentoring junior team members and contributing to broader organizational growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 - $190,000 annually
