HHS is seeking a remote Workday Recruiting Support Specialist to provide first-line resolution for recruiting tickets and to train recruiters on Workday and related platforms. You will handle access, navigation, and routine issues while supporting data requests and daily prescreening reviews.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong spreadsheet skills, and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Start date for January 2027 with $65,000–$70,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, or training others on software systems.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) with quick data turnaround.
• Experience with HR systems or recruiting operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently after training.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line resolution of Workday Recruiting tickets and troubleshoot routine recruiter issues.
• Support day-to-day system questions from recruiters and operators, including access, navigation, and general troubleshooting.
• Deliver hands-on training and setup for Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Provide ramp-up support and shadow new recruiters during their first weeks to reinforce proper system use and procedures.
• Review candidate prescreening results daily and flag discrepancies or concerns.
• Assist with routine recruiting reports and data requests, often on quick turnarounds.
• Assist systems leadership with Workday release testing and validation as capacity allows.
• Partner with recruiters and operators to reinforce proper system usage and best practices.
