Job summary

HW Staffing co is seeking a seasoned Workday Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and Reporting, configuring and optimizing the platform to support business objectives. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders to deliver solutions and build dashboards that enable informed decisions.

The role requires leading projects, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Workday Recruiting and Reporting.
• 7+ years with enterprise apps, HRIS, ERP, or related platforms.
• Experience leading projects and partnering with business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Workday Recruiting and Reporting.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality to meet objectives.
• Partner with HR, TA, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive decisions.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with vendors and teams.
• Mentor team members on best practices and system capabilities.

• 7+ years of experience with enterprise applications, HRIS, ERP, or related platforms
• Experience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
