This fully remote contract position is responsible for payroll systems from development to implementation, managing deliverables for over 23,000 employees. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of payroll experience, particularly in healthcare, with a strong knowledge of Workday Payroll configuration. Strong communication and operational optimization skills are essential.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in payroll and/or time & attendance, preferably in a Healthcare setting.
Project/program management experience in healthcare.
Workday Payroll configuration and reporting experience is essential.
Responsibilities
Responsible for payroll systems development through to production implementation.
Manage operational and project-related deliverables for payments to more than 23,000 employees.
Ensure compliance with all Client, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
