Avaap USA LLC is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Lead / Principal Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves assessing issues in the customer’s production tenant and ensuring compliance with regulations while building relationships with subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US Payroll and hold a Workday US Payroll certification. Avaap offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000, with additional variable compensation available, along with benefits such as Open PTO and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of US Payroll, including settlement and taxes.
• Workday US Payroll certification REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex solutions to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Assess issues in the customer's production tenant.
• Build relationships with customer subject matter experts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
