Job summary

Avaap USA LLC is seeking a Workday Senior Consultant to facilitate FIN Core and Customer Accounts implementations. This role requires leading workstreams and guiding clients through crucial phases of implementation while ensuring quality outcomes in a structured delivery model.

The successful candidate will have experience with multiple Workday implementations, strong financial process knowledge, and effective communication skills. Benefits include open PTO, competitive medical coverage, and 401(k) matching among others.

Qualifications

• At least 3 full Workday implementations across FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Banking, and Customer Accounts.
• Certified in Record to Report and Banking; experience with FDM and Contract to Cash strongly desired.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes.
• Experience working with government or higher education clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FIN Core and Customer Accounts workstreams within Workday Financials implementations.
• Guide clients through requirement validation and scope alignment.
• Configure and deploy solutions within a structured delivery model.
• Provide best-practice recommendations aligned to Avaap’s baseline approach.
• Support testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including integrations and data conversion.
