Target Start Date: May 2026 | Fully Remote

Avaap is seeking a Workday Senior Consultant, Payroll (Preferred), Absence, and/or Time Tracking to join a fast‑paced implementation team supporting a structured, scalable delivery model. This role is intended for a consultant with certification in one of these functional areas and the ability to contribute meaningfully within a repeatable implementation framework.

This position offers the opportunity to bring functional expertise to client delivery while continuing to grow in a model that values speed, clarity, and consistency. You will support client alignment, configuration execution, testing, and deployment readiness while helping clients adopt a proven baseline approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation delivery in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
• Guide clients through validation and scope alignment activities
• Contribute to configuration, testing, and deployment tasks
• Apply functional knowledge within a repeatable baseline implementation model
• Work closely with senior team members and cross‑functional partners
• Help drive a consistent and positive client implementation experience

Preferred Experience

• Workday Certification in one of the following required: Payroll preferred, Absence, &or Time Tracking
• Experience supporting Workday implementations in one or more of these areas
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured consulting environment
• Interest in growing further within Workday delivery

Pay Transparency

• Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.
• Base Salary Range is $115,000 to $160,000 plus 20% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.

During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.

• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environmentPassion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
