Job summary

Apexon, a digital-first technology services firm, is hiring a Workday Payroll/HCM Consultant Support. This remote role supports design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM Core, and Compensation for clients across the U.S., with travel to Deloitte offices as needed.

Ideal candidates hold Workday Payroll and HCM Core certifications, experience in implementations, client meetings, and strong documentation skills to drive decisions and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Workday Payroll certification is required.
• Workday HCM Core certification is required.
• Experience in configuring and supporting Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM Core, and Compensation.
• Participate in client meetings and drive decisions on requirements and design.
• Maintain design, decision, and RAID documents throughout the project.
• Assist with tenant configuration, user story development, and validation.
