Ideal candidates hold Workday Payroll and HCM Core certifications, experience in implementations, client meetings, and strong documentation skills to drive decisions and ensure project success.

Qualifications

Work Arrangement: Remote, with flexibility to travel to the Deloitte office as needed

Role Overview

We are seeking a Workday Payroll/HCM Consultant to support the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM Core, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will hold Workday Payroll and HCM Core certifications and have experience supporting Workday implementations, client meetings, configuration activities, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• Ability to support client meetings and drive decisions
• Experience maintaining design documents, decision documents, and RAID items

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in a Workday implementation
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Payroll, HCM Core, and Compensation.
• Participate in client meetings and help drive decisions on requirements, design, and configuration.
• Assist with preparing and updating design documents and decision documents.
• Identify, track, and update RAID items throughout the implementation.
• Support tenant configuration and business process setup based on agreed requirements.
• Assist with user story development, defect resolution, and configuration validation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams to resolve implementation issues.
• Support updates to configuration workbooks, business process workbooks, and gap definition documents.
• Travel to the Deloitte office as needed, maintaining flexibility based on project requirements.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
