Job summary

Syssero®, A Rotation Digital Company, is seeking a Functional Consultant to lead Workday projects with emphasis on Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking. You’ll advise, configure, document, test and train clients, balancing multiple engagements while delivering on SLAs.

The role requires 3+ years of Workday experience, strong analytical skills and experience with data conversion. This is a 100% remote position in the United States with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Functional Workday Experience: Payroll (Absence and Time Tracking preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; 3-5 years related experience and/or training
• Years of Workday Experience: 3+ years
• Workday Implementation Experience: 2+ years
• Workday Experience: Applied experience with partner solutions and follow documentation (e.g., HireRight, SSO)
• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Physical demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Responsibilities

• Performs duties as the functional consultant on Workday projects with in-depth knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion, Payroll
• Work with clients to research, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues or implement new functionality
• Analyze, develop, implement, and document complex Workday requirements and processes
• Manage incoming case queue and resolve customer cases in line with SLAs
• Lead or participate in data requirements, design sessions, data conversion, testing, training and deployment
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients through sessions, job aids and collateral
• Forecast client workload for resource planning and timely completion of forecasts and timesheets
• Set and meet expectations and deadlines, maintaining client satisfaction
