Job summary

Syssero, Inc. is seeking a Functional Consultant to act as a Workday SME, focusing on Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking. You will advise, design, configure, document and test deployments for multiple client projects from a remote location in the United States.

You will balance several engagements, lead requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and end-to-end testing, while delivering training and work instructions. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Functional Workday Experience: Payroll (Absence and Time Tracking preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years related experience.
• Workday Environment Experience: 5+ environments.
• Workday Experience: 3+ years; Workday Implementation Experience: 2+ years.
• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties as the functional consultant on Workday projects, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Workday modules.
• Researches, troubleshoots, and resolves configuration issues or implementation of new functionality.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, testing and deployment activities.
• Provide training and develop work instructions, job aids and collateral for clients.
• Manage multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
