Job summary

Elite Staffing Network is seeking a Workday Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will partner with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders to maintain a stable, scalable, secure Workday environment aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has deep ERP experience, strong leadership skills, and hands‑on workday management across multiple modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials. Remote work available; travel may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Workday strategy, roadmap, and governance for the Workday ecosystem
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking)
• Ensure system scalability, performance, data integrity, and compliance with policies
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into Workday solutions and enhancements
• Provide strategic guidance on Workday capabilities, best practices, and future releases
• Manage and mentor Workday analysts, administrators, and support staff
• Oversee relationships with Workday and third‑party vendors/partners; set priorities and resources
• Lead Workday releases, updates, and integration efforts with external systems
• Ensure integrations are secure, reliable, and well documented
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize user experience and performance
