Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Middleware Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with emphasis on reliability, security, and data quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Strong XSLT skills and Workday Studio orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of Workday data model and tenant configuration.
- Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with the broader enterprise landscape.
- Deliver hands-on integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
- Ensure reliability, security, and data quality in all integrations.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business partners to translate requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and uphold code/design quality.
