Job summary

SouthState is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations connecting Workday with internal and third-party systems. The role emphasizes efficiency, scalability, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate will lead complex integration implementations, ensure data accuracy, and document designs and deployment procedures while adhering to security and data privacy standards. Hybrid/telecommuting options available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
5+ years of experience in interface architecture.
Proficient in Workday HCM, Finance, Technology and OCM.
Extensive Workday Report Writing skills.
Workday Integrations Certification preferred.
Familiar with SQL/RDBMS and SharePoint.
Familiar with ESBs/ETL middleware preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, WWS, RaaS, and SSIS.
Gather and document integration requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
Ensure integration solutions align with Workday best practices and standards.
Maintain Accounting Center integrations and mappings.
Review test cases and support UAT activities.
Document technical designs, system flows, and deployment procedures.
Collaborate with engineering, security, QA and support teams.
Lead complex integration implementations for data flow and interoperability.
Provide support for incident management and monitoring.
