Job summary

SouthState Bank seeks a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, and support Workday integrations connecting Workday with internal and third-party systems. You will ensure scalable data flows and work with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

The role requires strong ETL and integration skills, experience with Workday tools (Studio, EIB, Prism), and familiarity with APIs and data security. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent
• 5+ years in interface architecture and Workday integrations
• Proficient with Workday HCM/Finance/OCM modules
• Extensive Workday reporting experience
• Designing, developing, and debugging inbound/outbound integrations
• Workday Integrations Certification preferred
• Familiar with SQL/RDBMS and ESB/ETL
• Experience with APIs (WSDL/SOAP/REST) and data security practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, WSDL, REST, and SSIS.
• Gather and document integration requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with Workday best practices and enterprise standards.
• Maintain Accounting Center integrations and mappings.
• Review test cases and support QA/UAT.
• Document technical designs, system flows, and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate across engineering, security, QA, and support teams.
• Lead complex integration implementations ensuring data flow interoperability.
• Provide incident management support and monitoring for integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data security standards.
