Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of Workday/HRIS experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end integrations across multiple functions.
• Experience across the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, launch).

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex problems for integrating Workday with external applications across HCM functions.
• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration code (Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate, API).
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and 3rd party teams to translate business requirements into scalable integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize integration performance.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance in integrations.
• Document procedures, configurations, and development plans.
• Participate in Agile environments and manage multiple projects.
