Job summary

Binance is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s HR information systems, with Workday as the core platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors to ensure HR systems are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience including HCM, Time Tracking, Reporting, Security, or Integrations.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into HR system configurations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of HR applications with a focus on Workday.
• Provide day-to-day system support and issue resolution for HRIS users.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement and vendors to drive process improvements and automation.
• Configure Workday integrations with internal/external systems including ATS (Greenhouse) and finance/procurement systems.
• Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
