Spearhead the configuration and optimization of Workday business processes, lead special projects within the Human Capital Management (HCM) area, and support day-to-day operational functions, applying project management, analytical capabilities of a business analyst, and process knowledge of a functional lead. Ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines.Define solutions and options for how to best support business requirements using Workday HCM functionality. Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, technical file specs, end-to-end processes, and other project artifacts. Perform system configuration and conduct unit testing and defect management in support of operational and project tasks. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Assist with inquiries, questions, and resolving issues such as Help Desk incidents. Support the Workday HCM area by leveraging strong project management and support expertise, proficient analytical capabilities, creativity, flexibility, and process orientation of a functional expert. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
