You will lead secure, reliable systems and translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions across engineering, product, operations and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HRIS or HR systems administration experience with Workday HCM
• Experience with Workday security groups and report writing
• Strong Excel and SQL or similar data tools
• Knowledge of HR processes and data structures
• Workday certification in HCM, Reporting, or Security Administration preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Workday HCM to align with HR processes
• Configure and maintain Workday security access controls and permissions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data within Workday
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement efficient business processes
• Create and manage EIB files for data uploads and integrations
• Design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for actionable insights
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues to ensure smooth operations
