Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking two experienced Workday Security Configuration Analysts for a fully remote contract with a leading financial services client. You will configure security roles and groups across Workday tenants, translating business requirements into concrete security settings.

Join us to help eliminate a critical backlog and ensure the smooth operation of the client’s Workday environment. Immediate start through April 2027, with autonomy in security task management.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience with Workday Security configuration and administration.
• Active Workday HCM certification.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage security role creation and modification from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Deep understanding of Workday’s security framework, including role-based and user-based security groups.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and administration of Workday security roles.
• Work directly with internal requestors to understand requirements and translate into security configurations.
• Configure and manage security roles within Workday tenants with autonomy.
• Help alleviate backlog of security-related tasks and support ongoing requests.
