Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Workday Platform Security Engineer to deliver and implement IAM technologies across the bank, with a remote work option.

You will design security groups, automate IAM governance, run SoD audits, and partner with HR/payroll to secure workflows. Requirements include 6+ years in information security within Workday HCM and 6+ years gathering requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years information security in Workday HCM.
• 6+ years gathering requirements and delivering.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Workday HCM security groups, roles, and policies across IAM domains.
• Automate and integrate IAM governance and provisioning across the central platform.
• Run security audits, monitor SoD conflicts, protect confidential data per regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR/payroll to troubleshoot permission issues and secure workflows.

Education

Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience

6+ years of Information Security in Workday HCM (IAM & policies)

6+ years of requirements gathering & delivery
