Meridian is a Workday-focused consultancy serving public sector clients across the United States. We’re seeking a Workday Financials Senior Consultant to lead functional delivery for complex implementations and to mentor junior staff.

You’ll own high-impact Financials workstreams, partner with Finance and IT leaders, and drive delivery excellence from discovery through post-production support in a fully remote, US-based role with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Active Workday Implementer Certifications with at least two certs (R2R preferred).
• Experience guiding one full lifecycle Workday implementation in a functional workstream.
• Strong ability to run client design workshops and manage deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Participate in one or more Workday Financials workstreams through full lifecycle.
• Facilitate discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations aligned with architecture and best practices.
• Drive deliverables, timelines, risk management and client communications.
