Responsibilities

• Provide routine Workday support across Finance modules in production environments.
• Perform security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
• Monitor tickets, respond to requests, and resolve issues.
• Lead change management for new system rollouts and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external resources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations as needed.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors.
